APRIL 2006 : Kaysersberg Plastics invests in crm to manage international business
Kaysersberg Plastics, famous in the UK for brands like Correx, Uni-Pak® and Ducaplast, has invested over £60,000 in a
new Customer Relationship Management system. Kaysersberg, which is part of the DS Smith Plastics group, is responding
to customer demand for tight and efficient international co-ordination of complex packaging requirements.
Mark Lightowler, Managing Director of Kaysersberg Plastics UK, explains: "As part of an international plastics packaging
group, we're finding that more and more of our customers, for example Toyota, Philips and L'Oreal, are buying into a wide
range of packaging manufacturing technologies both here in the UK and across the Continent.
