Containers

Our range of containers fit perfectly into our clients' logistics chains. Their strength, durability and modularity set them as the benchmarks in their field. The lids and pallets are produced using twin sheet thermoforming. Akylux® or Akyboard® sleeves are fully adaptable to match the container or the desired strength.

  • UNI-PAK Original et v3UNI-PAK Original et v3

    The Uni-Pak® is a high performance thermoformed container with ergonomic locks, and which provides protection from water ingress. It can be stacked in several layers, and offers several options (3 or 5 skids, hinge covers, logo, return collar allowing returns in sets...)  This flat-folding container is available in sizes ranging from 800x600mm to 1600x1200mm. The height of the Akylux® or Akyboard® sleeve is fully adaptable to meet our clients' needs.

     K-PAKK-PAK

    The K-Pak®, flat-folding, easy-to-use and reliable container allowing completely safe transport and storage of your products thanks to carrying handles built into the cover. They ensure a perfect location between the cover and empty pallets. Stackable and versatile product specifically adapted to the assembly industry.  Available size: 1200x1000mm

     STACK-UPSTACK-UP

    The Stack-up® is a flat-folding modular plastic container system allowing a very easy combination of one Uni-Pak 1200x800, two Uni Pak 800x600 and one Euro wooden pallets. This container can be cleaned in automatic wash tunnels, allows easy handling, and is adapted to sectors ranging from retail distribution to automobiles.

     DURO-SOLUTIONDURO-SOLUTION

    The Duro solution is a set comprised of a pallet and a cover allowing the packaging of injected trays and cases. Possibility of adding restraint straps in order to avoid banding.

     COMBI-PAKCOMBI-PAK

    The Combi-Pak® is a thermoformed plastic container solution with custom sizes based on a Uni-Pak®. This container is perfectly suited for very large lightweight parts. It thus combines all the benefits of the Uni-Pak®, adapted to tackle your packaging problems.

    TRAY-PAK                       SLEEVE-PAK

    Kaysersberg Plastics is able to design special containers.   The Tray-Pak represents a practical and cost-effective way of using wooden pallets. It works on the principle of converting wooden pallets into reusable containers. Likewise, the Sleeve-Pak is a 100% plastic solution allowing the transport of trays with light loads.
